Finally - a public posting about what I do at Microsoft... Web Content Management

My group program manager at Microsoft has posted to our group's blog this month to kick it off! The Web Content Management blog is our pm team's introduction to the world.

I'm part of this team which is building the web content management portion of the stack of software that is built on SharePoint in the Microsoft Office 12 wave.

Until we ship I probably won't mention much about my day job, but after that hopefully I can share more about the solutions you can build on top of our software.

I am replacing it with a larger car to fit all four of us a little more comfortably - when Geoffrey grows up and both kids are front facing again I could see getting another one - I've really enjoyed it the past three years! The car that's replacing it is a 1998 Mercedes S500 - 5000lbs and 17ft long.... it's kind of a bit overboard but the price was right - I'll have pictures of that once it arrives from Florida where it was when I bought it.

Life at 10mm

I got a new Sigma 10-20mm f/4.0-5.6 (thanks mom!) yesterday - I look forward to using this lens all over the place - FInally - I have WIDE angle back on teh APS-C sized sensor.

This image is actually a crop of an image taken from like 4 inches away from Greg. :-)
