Buying a new (to you) house in west Bellevue can be interesting to say the least. We saw homes with rats and cochroaches that were tear downs or close to it for more than $500k. We found this daylight rambler with garage and are excited about having our offer accepted. Move in can’t come soon enough – the location is amazing and the house will be too with some imagination and a bit of work.
